  3. That is a great tradition Lovella. I was just suggesting to Murray that New Years Eve would be a fun time to do that if our fire pit isn't buried under the snow. Your photo mosaic is really nice.

  4. I thought of you on Monday! Glad you had a nice time on Friday night and your traditional weiner roast yesterday! Someday I need to get a firepit of sorts. I think the kids would love it. Just found out that Michael's parents are going to come for our Thanksgiving!!! YAY! I don't think they've ever been to our house for a holiday. We are all excited.

  5. I've so been enjoying these and wondering what you'll come up with next. Hotdogs with all the fixins is a good thing to be grateful for.

  6. What a great Thanksgiving Monday tradition! Ours is pretty close as this is always the day that the huge Oktoberfest Parade here in Kitchener-Waterloo happens and there is much "Gemutlichkeit" in the air. We made Oktoberfest sausage and sauerkraut after a productive day of putting the gardens to bed for the Winter!

  7. Now I want one of those fire pits. How do I put that into my thankful list?

  8. I was thinking of your wiener roast tradition this Thanksgiving. We've started a Thanksgiving walk tradition - it's our third year for it. We had Josie in the backpack this year - and next year we'll have another to join us, Lord willing.

  11. First time in my life that I viewed such a glorified wiener roast. It is pretty cool when one can make even a wiener roast look beautiful. My husband would like that tradition.
