OH if you live in the Fraser Valley. .
and have never made your way to the beautiful Winks Store. .
be sure to make the trek there during the Christmas season and be prepared to be. .
delighted.
We stopped in there one quiet afternoon just before closing time and had the store to ourselves.
I'm guessing that Mr. Winks will be directing traffic in their parking lot soon. .
as it becomes a favorite stop for the locals.
Whether you need just a few special gifts or an assortment of hostess gifts. .
she has it all.
What I love is the personal touch of assistance and the gift beautiful bags that are ready to hand over to the one you shopped so carefully for.
Perhaps. .
it is your own home that needs a few touches of Christmas . .
or you enjoy giving your Christmas gifts early.. .
so that it might be enjoyed all month long.
I'll be popping in there on Saturday myself ...
right after our book signing at the Sardis Community Church between 10-12 for the Ten Thousand Village Store.
all for now ..
They did a beautiful job decorating the shop for Christmas. Wish I could pop in there but alas...not this year!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I must stop by.
ReplyDeleteI think Mr. Winks will be out there shoveling the parking lot today. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...inside and out.
Just home from the International FEstival at the State Fair Grounds. I love meeting people from other countries or learning about their cultures from their home countries if they live here now. I am always reminded at how big our world is, actually, how big our God is to create such diversity and so much beauty and artistic expression in the various cultures. What fun to celebrate various cultures. I hope the book signing goes well!!!
ReplyDeleteAs you know, that's where I want to do my Christmas shopping...Hopefully some of us can stop by tomorrow after our book signing.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she will even have hot cider ready for us...who knows what Winks can come up with in short notice.
I don't know if I'll get to the valley before Christmas, but if I do this store is at the top of my list. I've been wanting to visit....
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I'm looking forward to going there soon. Your post is a safe little visit there. You just need a click here with a pay pal beside it.
ReplyDeleteThat does look like a charming shop...and now I am wishing I DID live in the Fraser Valley...or at least there on a visit. Perhaps someday a visit will happen!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been yet, but it's on my list!!
ReplyDeletePure delight!
ReplyDeleteIt's so much fun to shop in a beautifully decorated store. Hope that the book signing was another great success!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful store, Lovella! I would be so tempted by so many of the things you showed. The small "snow" covered tree so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful store! I know I would enjoy spending time here. Is it too far for me to pop in? Wouldn't that be fun?
