I took these pictures a few weeks ago and found them yesterday on my pocket camera. .
and so let's just pretend they are current.
I wanted to tell you that this is naturally how the trees grow here.
I don't know who her complex gardener is. .
but I appreciate his works of art.
The beautiful days of autumn are over here.
We have rain in the forecast for the foreseeable future and I am seriously wondering how they sell any suede or leather boots here at all.
I'm looking for rubber boots with those lovely cozy linings.
I'll let you know what I come up with.
Beautiful pictures Lovella! Nice to "hang on" to Fall as long as we can. BC is truly beautiful. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And now...only a memory. Those leaves took leave in a big hurry.
ReplyDeleteUmbrellas and gum boots...a good idea for the foreseeable future.
How fun that the gardener goes to the trouble of sculpting those trees! Oh yes it truly is rubber boots season!
ReplyDeleteThose trees look so pretty trimmed that way! Your MIL lives in a nice place.
ReplyDeleteWe still ahve hnager on leaves on our trees ..but O know winter will blow them away soon.
Winter boots required here - good warm ones!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've told you yet that I love your new header.
ReplyDeleteAnd those perfectly pruned trees .. different colors.. so pretty!
Those trees are so pretty. That's a creative gardener! I agree about suede boots in winter even where there's snow and slush. They just don't cut it. Some leather can be waterproof but rubber gummies with insulation are the best for most of our climate. We had snow today - in the Maritimes - about 10 cm. It'll be gone by next week with rain coming. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI think this is the same complex where my in-laws live! Too funny to see somewhere so familiar here. :)
