the help

I found these little coveralls at our local work wear store ..
and just couldn't resist getting them to match the farmer.

He gives them very important work to do.

Once he has them understanding how much nicer the eggs look in matching stacks ..

. ..they set to work organizing.

Sure. .the work is tedious ..
but the farmer doesn't mind.

My job is to keep an eye on the help . . .
their job is to help ..
and the farmers job is to think of new tasks.

Someday they'll know they were played with.

When they get big enough to gather eggs themselves. .
they'll be shocked that the colors really don't matter much.

In the meantime. .
everyone is happy helping the farmer.

I'm happy the farmer doesn't mind the help.. .
and every time I see these pictures. .
I think . .
that the help should come again soon.

all for now...

  2. Trying to figure out why the colors don't matter...as a fung Shiu disorder sufferer, I will be tormented to think eggs are routinely placed in trays Willy-nilly colorwise. Ack!

Your grands are so stinking cute!

  13. Those are the best photos...they look so cute in their little outfits...and of course, who really cares, about the color, but someday they will realize how efficient one can be by stacking the eggs rather than stacking them into colors, but for now...they understand this the best. Real cute post.
