Kanneloni Macaroni and Oma having a chat.
Yesterday was a good day. . .
a very good day.
My mom by love. . .Pauline. . .(you've met her over Hot Dog Relish and Potato Salad over at Mennonite girls can cook).. . . had tests. Today I am featuring her recipe for . . .
Chocolate Zucchini Bread over at Mennonite Girls Can Cook.
It turns out that Oma. . .
has an ulcer.
I was so happy.
On days when people are getting news they dreaded to hear. . . .
our family was relieved.
Something fixable. . . is good.
I made Apricot Platz. . . it may not have been a cure .. .
but it was a start and it couldn't hurt either.
Giving Thanks!!
Praise the Lord for this good news!

ReplyDeleteWhew...it's always good to hear news that is positive. Like Betty R, "fixable" is a great word!
ReplyDeleteFor those whose news was not so fixable, I am praying that God provides immense peace and joy and comfort.
I love that Miss KM and Oma are having a little chat - may they chat together for many years to come!
