A ditch of dirty water .. . and some scruffy raspberry canes . . ..
A mass of branches in desparate need of pruning. . .
An old treefort that has long since ceased being the source of boys private hideout . . .
generally speaking not attractive, until God sweeps across it all with his paint brush.
I like to think that even though I am at times completely unpretty from within. . .
God can make all things beautiful.
Have a wonderful day my friends . . .
The Master Artist at work again! What He does with each of us is nothing less than amazing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sunset! I love to watch the colors of the sunset and find it hard to pull myself away from them once I've started. :) We had a better view in a previous house and the kids knew to run and tell me when the show was starting. :)
ReplyDeletewhat a master piece......i agree, it is amzing how God can take something that is generally unlovely and make it beautiful.......from the inside out!
ReplyDeleteThose pics are awesome Lovella..just like God's work in us!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of starting my day with an image of the end of a day. Your words are, as ever, thought provoking and something good to tuck away to think about as I go about a busy day.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic's...wonderful message!
ReplyDeleteI watched the sunset from my kitchen window...and had a hard time leaving my camera be. For once I just enjoyed.
God puts HIS work in colors and let ours be the black silhouette to showcase the colors.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you and yours, Lovella. Hugs to the bunnies from Eleanor.
And sometimes we think we can create something! Thank you for remindeing us today that His works are wonderful! Nothing compares to Him!
ReplyDeleteWasn't last night such a great ending to a day that started out so completely opposite - weather wise?!

ReplyDeleteWhen I see the beauty of a sunset glory, amazing artistry across the evening sky. When I feel the mystery of a distant galaxy; it awes and humbles me to be loved by a God so high.
ReplyDeleteWhat can I do by, Paul Baloche.
Lovella you have reminded me of this praise and worship song; I'll be singing it all day long.
Beautiful Lovella - I love both sunset and sunrise - they wrap the day in beauty.
ReplyDeleteThis post is so lovely, it should be a booklet to give to someone in need of comfort.
ReplyDeleteWell done Lovella!

I ran and grabbed my new camera and snapped away. Then I just stood and enjoyed His work. We just have a glimpse of what is in store for us one day. Kathy
