posing the pumpkins

Yesterday . . I ran to our local farm pumpkin field .. .
and loaded a pile of pumpkins in the back of the truck.
Eight Pumpkins .. . eight people in our family . .
Perhaps this could be our Christmas Picture . .
I'll be away from my desk for a few days. .
Take care my friends. . .

  1. I'm first! There's an advantage to being on Atlantic time :)

Orange pumpkins and rusty red leaves - a beautiful autumn scene!

Hope you have a great weekend Lovella!

  2. It's lovely as is...but why not put your camera on a tri-pod and add eight real faces? Beautiful.

    How were your pumpkin donuts?

  4. Beautiful! Maybe I could get away with posing pumpkins for our picture too? Sure would be easier than posing real ones. :)

  5. Gorgeous pictures..pumpkins make such a neat display! I agree with Judy..add eight real faces!
I baked up the pie pumpkins so now I only have 3 larger ones. They are sitting at my front door, I make a 'pumpkin man' to sit at the door for when the kids come trick or treating.

  9. You posed them very artistically...a very pleasing arrangement. I love pumpkins! So round and orange, and big ones, little ones...pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread...just so good in every way.
