This boy hasn't had a lot of fishies/bunnies in his day.
It's a luxury this grammie like to indulge in.
You can't spoil a child in a week...
can you?
Riding home later afternoon...
the clouds parted and the sun came out and the oldest of the three wanted the sunroof open.
Grandpa figured it was a might chilly to be opening up windows and sunroofs.
The boy said..
"open it up Grandpa ... we're Canadian".
He did.
all for now...
with love,
Too funny! Love that quote!
ReplyDeletehaha Good one! Love the things that come out of their mouths! Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteHahahahahaha...that was so funny that John's asking "What's so funny?" Yup, you're made of tough stuff you, Canadians. Cute pics!
ReplyDeleteThat is a best quote that should be used in many future occasions!
ReplyDeleteOh, that looks like a scene in my backseat. And yes... they will try to get permission to open the sunroof whenever they can. If not the whole thing, at least so that they can see the sky. Car conversations are the best.
ReplyDeleteYes, we are Canadian, but I'm not that tough! :) So cute they are. Love the selfie.
ReplyDeleteHaving fun at grammie and grandpas along with a bit of spoiling. It's all good.....such fun in the moment which makes for good memories down the road.
ReplyDeleteI love that.." we're Canadian" You need to bring him our way and see if he still says that:)
ReplyDeleteI love it! That is the best comeback yet. As for spoiling the grands in one week's time...impossible! :)
ReplyDeleteAin't that the truth! From the mouths of children!
ReplyDeleteOh what cutie pies!!! Love the witty quip from that young Canadian - adorable!
ReplyDeleteWhen it's only 5 degrees and my big boys are wearing shorts I ask them why they have to be so Canadian.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful quote -- and post!
