Mennonite Girl Can Cook Day

I am so excited.
Today the Mennonite Girls Can Cook will all be together for a much anticipated reunion.
Betty and John came into town yesterday and joined us for supper at the farm.
Anneliese and her H joined us for a pie that Anneliese and I made as a team at our recent Pie Class at Lepp Farm Market.  Tucked away in the freezer, it was baked up for the occasion.

Amy our editor who we have spent so many hours with in emails and phone conversations is joining us...along with Russ and his wife also from MennoMedia.

Have MGCC really  only known each other since 2008?
In some ways . . .I can't remember what my life was like before these beautiful women became part of it.

They are a treasure to my soul and today is a gift from the Lord.

all for now...

  6. A sweet picture! I love what you're doing with your hair Lovella - I'm letting mine grow for the first time since I was a little girl. It was always too unmanageable to have long but now I have a great straightener. I'm looking to you styles because I don't have a clue what to do with it! :)
