Welcoming Baby Oh.....!

It seems. ..
that every July I announce a new grand on the blog.
Just to be sure I would be ready for another announcement. .
I prepared a new blankie on the first weekend of July while we were relaxing on vacation.


On his Grandpa's birthday. . .
he arrived.



At nine pounds . . and nine ounces he came sturdy enough to be the third child in the family.



When the children saw him . .
it was love at first sight.


He took being held by chubby arms. .
in stride.


He yawned and blinked. . .
and smelled brand new!



Every Grammie thinks her family is beautiful. . .
and I am like all the other grammies out there.



Welcome to the family darling baby boy.

You have been given your Great Grandpa's name to carry through your life. . .
and I know he would have been very honoured to have a wee grand named after him.

For blog purposes. .
we are going to call you "Little Oh. . ."

    I'm sure you are partial, but you do have a beautiful family! I can't believe how good the new momma looks so soon after having that wee one.
    It is so precious to see how tender the little brother and sister are with him. I'm sure they'll be a big help to their momma.

    The joy in everyone's faces is very evident .. but what I'm impressed about is how happy the bro and sis look! Love that photo of KM lying dowsn beside Little Oh! (Reminds me so much of when we brought home our third.) What a very special day and gift from the Lord you are holding there . . . and it is plain to see that you know that.

    OH....he is so sweet. I love the picture of you holding him and he has his tongue stuck out...smacking his lips in anticipation of grammies good cooking perhaps ;) the little ones look like they totally love their new little brother! what a happy looking family.

    Well you are so right. This is one beautiful family and how precious to see that big sister is totally smitten and in love already. I'm sure that mama is going to have three wonderful helpers. (Dad does help, doesn't he? ;> )
