The climbing hydrangea early summer.
Yesterday. . .he said. . ."I guess I should give the arbor a bit of a trim for winter too."
I said. . ."oh. . give me five minutes and it's yours."
There's good free stuff left from summer.
Twenty minutes later it was testing a spot in this wreath.
Oh. . and the project?
Give me a couple weeks and I'll fill you in. . .
Patience my friends. . .patience.
Must hurry off now. . .
All for now. ..
Busy, busy, busy!
ReplyDeleteFree stuff, especially if it's from nature, is good!
Oh, how nice that you were forewarned. I wish mine would warn me more often of his intentions because I don't always explain my ideas and then my nature parts and pieces are missing.
ReplyDeleteI am outside today cleaning up the yard getting inspiration for decorations.
Can't wait to see what you came up with!!!
Oh I agree I go to the huge campus of the Sisters Of Charity and they have every kind of tree and bush possible to get goodies from. Also I have bushes covered with berries, my favorite thing to decorate in the winter with. Can't wait to see what you put together. Blessings

I love to forage in the woods after a big wind, just before Christmas - lots of cedar and pine for wreaths.
ReplyDeleteLet's see what you've made!
Oh dear - the word verification is surprisingly apt - busherb!
We did the pruning thing as well yesterday...too late to salvage anything for a wreathe out here though (it all got hauled away).
ReplyDeleteOK...I'll be back in a few weeks to check out the 'project'!
Glad I found your blog. It is really nice place to visit.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day
Maggie
