warm welcome

Upon our return . .the tiny 3 inch daffs were opening up . . ..

. . .and the grass had sprung some blades. . .and the star magnolia. . .was blossoming.. . .

. ..and if that wasn't all fantastic on it's own. . .the the weather forecast promises to be cheery ..

Vacations are wonderful .. .but there is no place like home. Sunday was spent. . . in the backyard. .finishing off books and grilling a slab of salmon for our dinner. . .

All for now. . . with love,

  2. It's always great to be home and isn't it always the way that the weather suddenly improves?!

  3. Welcome back, Lovella!
I loved following your trip in your playhouse. How nice to return to warmth and spring flowers. Yesterday one daffodil opened up for us, and last night we listened to the the frogs chirp as we fell asleep. Can spring really and truly be here?

  12. It looks like your maiden 'voyage' with your RV was a wonderful experience. So glad you had a wonderful time...and made it home safely as well. Doesn't home look good after a vacation?

  13. Did you get a bit of Oregonian tan? A condition there wise known as "rust"? I hope not! It is a lovely state and coastline, so the steady mist is to be forgiven, right? Keeps the tourists from packing the place out. So glad the daffodils were up to greet you back in style.

  14. Glad you are home safe and sound! It's amazing how the grass has just turned green almost over night down here! Glad you are warm -- it's icy down here!
