Yesterday was as perfect a fall day as we could possibly get here in late summer. . .
The wind was blowing in a loving manner. . .just enough to allow some leaves to flutter to the ground. The leaves are not seriously starting to turn color, its just the ones who have decided to take early retirement.
I've no time to talk today . . .
I'm making hot dog relish with my mom by love.
When I have it done I'll post it on the MGCC blog. . .
Have a wonderful day my friends . . . . .
Oh my, I love hot dogs with hot dog relish!! have fun...

ReplyDeleteWe are so enjoying this sunny, fall weather! Have fun making relish...that's something I have never tried.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, it's still very much summer here...very few leaves ever fall. I do miss the brisk days of autumn in Kentucky. I love relish, especially the homemade variety!
ReplyDeleteWe are safe here from Ike...his path appears to be sweeping around the southern end of Florida and heading for the Louisiana/Texas border.
Hope you have a great day together. Kathy
ReplyDeleteOh good Lovella. And a perfect day to be doing so....a cooler sunny autumn day. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteI must say, I am struck by your header picture. Fantastic and so powerful!!!
ReplyDeleteBut you make relish? Ohmygoodness woman! Is there anything you can't do?
I vote you Superwoman!
My kids are relish addicts. I've never made my own, but just caught a quick vision of my kids chaining me to the stove to provide for their relish needs. ;-)
ReplyDeleteBet yours will be so much better than store bought. Looking forward to your recipe.

You're inspiring me - I have to get going on my mustard pickles! (My mom in love taught me how to make them)
