Those who wait on the Lord

My beloved and I went for a drive on Friday. We saw these two eagles feeding in the water and then they lifted their mighty wings and soared into the sky.
Today is a day of rest, I trust it is also in your soul.

As we walk into this Christmas season, I hope you believe in the one who we celebrate.
If you do, you will understand the strength that the Lord gives.
Then . . .. you too will truly celebrate the birth of the one who we call Christ.

But those who wait on the Lord will find new strength.
They will fly high on wings like eagles. They will run
and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31

Have a wonderful day my friends.

  9. I love this verse...I speak it to myself when I grow weary in the adoption wait. As I see the years zooming past and us spending so much time waiting....

God is faithful to those who seek Him...His Word is true and He indeed is faithful.
